parroquial Palma Roja, se efectu\u00f3 el taller de visi\u00f3n territorial con actores sociales, autoridades, l\u00edderes barriales, comunidades, organizaciones sociales, pol\u00edticas y productivas y poblaci\u00f3n en general, para la Actualizaci\u00f3n del Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial, as\u00ed como del Plan de Uso y Gesti\u00f3n del Suelo del Cant\u00f3n, para levantar de manera participativa los problemas y potencialidades presentes en la parroquia y as\u00ed nutrir el an\u00e1lisis territorial con el fin de obtener una visi\u00f3n actualizada y precisa de
